Tell us what happened, the page you were using and what you expected. For an account issue, contact us from the email associated with your account where possible. A screenshot with personal information removed can help.

Do not send payment-card details, passwords, sign-in codes or authentication links.

Privacy requests

Describe the information or account your request concerns and whether you want access, correction or deletion. We may ask for limited information to verify that the request relates to your account before taking action.

Billing and cancellation requests

For a billing question, cancellation request or a refund required by applicable law, email support@alorsondanseai.me with your account email, order reference and a description of the issue. Do not include payment-card details. Our cancellation and refund policy explains the rules for subscriptions and one-time credit packs. Purchases are currently unavailable during the website review stage.

Report content or a rights concern

Report prohibited content, impersonation, privacy concerns or suspected infringement to support@alorsondanseai.me. Include the exact page or media link, a description of the concern and any relevant rights or permission information. If you are acting for someone else, explain your authority to do so. Do not resend illegal or sensitive media; provide its location and a description instead.

We review sufficiently detailed reports, may request clarification and may remove or restrict material where appropriate. Response times depend on the urgency and complexity of the report; we do not promise a fixed resolution deadline.
