Scope

This policy describes information handled by Alors On Danse AI when you use alorsondanseai.me or contact us. Our service is not directed to children.

Account information

When you sign in with Google, our authentication service receives the account identifier, email address and available profile details, such as your name and profile picture. We use these to authenticate you, display your account and provide support. We do not receive your Google password.

Authentication uses browser storage to maintain your session. You can sign out using the account menu. Clearing site data also removes locally stored sign-in information.

Photos and demonstrations

Selecting a photo creates a local preview in your browser. Selecting a photo alone does not upload it for processing. Refreshing or leaving the page clears that selection. Public demonstration videos are served from our hosted media storage.

Usage information and analytics

We use website analytics and interaction analysis to understand visits, traffic sources, page performance, clicks and scrolling. These services may process page addresses, referrers, timestamps, approximate location, browser and device information, and browser identifiers. Interaction analysis can create session replays of page activity.

Account panels and photo-selection areas are masked for interaction recording. Our custom analytics events do not include your photos, email address or account details. Analytics services may use cookies or similar browser storage. We do not enable advertising personalization through our analytics integration.

You can restrict cookies and site storage using your browser settings or use tracking protection. Blocking authentication storage may prevent sign-in from persisting. Browser controls do not necessarily prevent all aggregate, cookieless visit measurement.

Support and technical records

If you email us, we use your email address, message and any attachments to respond and resolve the issue. Hosting and security services may process IP addresses, request details and diagnostic logs to deliver the site, detect abuse and troubleshoot failures.

Service providers

We use providers for hosting, media delivery, authentication, data storage, analytics and email. They receive the information needed to perform those services. Processing may occur in locations different from yours. Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law or reasonably necessary to protect users and the service.

Retention and security

We retain account information while needed to maintain the account and handle related requests. Support and technical records are retained as needed for their purposes, security and applicable obligations. Analytics retention depends on the service and its configuration. We do not promise a single deletion deadline across these different records.

We use encrypted connections and access controls to protect information. No transmission or storage system is completely secure. Deletion requests may require identity verification, and limited records may need to be retained for legal or security reasons.

You can choose not to sign in or select photos. Contact support@alorsondanseai.me to request access, correction or deletion of your account information or to raise a privacy concern. Your rights depend on applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review it.
