About these terms

These terms apply to your use of alorsondanseai.me, operated under the name Alors On Danse AI. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.

Who may use the website

The service is not directed to children. You must be able to agree to these terms under applicable law. If you use the service for an organization, you must have authority to act for it.

Using the service

You can browse the studio demonstration, select photos for local previews and sign in to an account. Displayed pricing does not create a purchase, subscription, credit entitlement or payment obligation.

Demonstration media illustrates an AI-generated creative result. It is not evidence of an actual event, an endorsement by the people depicted or a guarantee of any particular result.

Account responsibility

Keep your sign-in account secure and use only an account you are authorized to access. Tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not share authentication codes or attempt to access another person's account.

Subscriptions, cancellation and refunds

Purchases and video generation are currently unavailable during the website review stage. The following purchase rules apply when paid services become available; displayed prices alone do not start a subscription or create a charge.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next renewal. Annual plans are paid upfront, with credits issued monthly. To request cancellation of future renewals, contact support@alorsondanseai.me using your account email and order reference. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period; it does not refund the current period. For an annual plan, monthly credit allocations continue through the remainder of the paid year.

Subscription credits expire at the start of the next monthly credit period and do not roll over. One-time credit packs do not renew automatically and their credits do not expire.

No refunds for subscriptions or credit packs

Except where required by applicable law, all subscription payments, including renewals, and all one-time credit pack purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not offer full or partial refunds for unused subscription time, cancellation, unused credits or partially used credit packs. Credits cannot be redeemed for cash.

This policy does not limit any statutory cancellation, refund or other consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To report a billing error or request a refund required by applicable law, email support@alorsondanseai.me with your account email, order reference and reason for the request. Do not send payment-card details.

Failed generation and credit returns

Credits reserved for a generation are released if the task is confirmed to have failed, is rejected by content review or ultimately cannot save a downloadable result. Returning credits is not a cash refund. A task that is still processing or whose result is not yet confirmed may keep its credits reserved while its status is checked.

Returned subscription credits keep their original expiry date; if that date has already passed, they remain valid for seven days after return. Choosing to generate again is a new task and uses credits again. Recovery or retries of the same task do not charge credits twice.

Acceptable Use Policy

These rules apply to photos you select or submit, requests you make and content you create or share through the service. Only use photos you have the right to use, with the necessary permission from each person depicted. Selecting a photo does not transfer ownership to us.

You must not request, generate, upload or share:

• Pornography, nudity, sexually explicit or other NSFW content, including non-consensual sexual imagery.
• Graphic violence, gore, abuse or content encouraging violence or harm.
• Hate speech or content promoting hatred, discrimination or violence against people based on protected characteristics.
• Content that sexualizes, exploits, abuses or otherwise endangers children.
• Unauthorized deepfakes, impersonation or deceptive depictions of a person's identity, actions or endorsement. Do not present AI-generated scenes as genuine recordings of real events.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy, likeness rights or other rights, including photos, music or other material you are not authorized to use.

Authorized creative photo animation does not permit deceptive impersonation, harassment or any of the prohibited uses above. Do not bypass access controls or safety restrictions, distribute malicious code, interfere with the website or overload the service.

Reports, review and enforcement

Report suspected violations to support@alorsondanseai.me following the content reporting instructions. Our current review process is based on reports sent to this support channel. We assess sufficiently detailed reports and may request more information; we do not claim that every photo or result is reviewed in advance.

Depending on the violation, we may refuse a request, remove or restrict material under our control, limit access or suspend an account. To challenge a restriction, contact us with the relevant reference and your explanation. We do not promise a fixed review deadline. These measures do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Website and third-party material

Website branding, design and other materials remain subject to their owners' rights. Access to the website does not grant ownership or a license to reuse third-party music, performances, trademarks or reference material. Third-party websites and sign-in services operate under their own terms.

Availability and restrictions

We may change features, perform maintenance or restrict access to address abuse, security concerns or legal requirements. We may suspend an account that violates these terms. Contact us if you believe a restriction was made in error. Keep your own copies of original files; this website is not a backup service.

Responsibility and disputes

The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or suitability for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
