How many credits does a video use?+
Each completed 20-second, 480P video uses 20 credits. All plans use the same video quality.
How does the yearly membership work?+
You pay for the year upfront. Your credits arrive each month, rather than all at once. Unused subscription credits expire at your next monthly refresh.
What happens if a video fails?+
Credits are reserved when you start. If generation fails, those credits are returned. A request that is still processing is checked before credits are settled.
Can I cancel my membership?+
Yes. Cancel renewal from Manage billing. You keep your membership until the end of your paid period, including the remaining monthly credit releases on a yearly plan.
How long can I download my videos?+
Completed videos are kept for 30 days. Download the ones you want to keep.
